which yeast to use

I've just finished bottling a Golden Stag kit and am about to start my next kit, which is a wherry and am wondering which yeast to use, I have the kit yeast obviously but also a packet of gervin ale yeast 11 g. having heard this kit can stick during fermentation i was thinking of using the gervin or even both to ensure it ferment out.
Any views appreciated

personally i would pitch just the Gervin ale yeast. much better than what is included in kits.

Don't mix your yeasts as only will take over anyway i would use the gervin. :thumb:
