I recently ordered 6 boxes of the above kits. Upon making the last box yesterday, I had a spare sachet of PackD: Sauvignon Blanc F-Pack PartB flavouring over; I must have forgot to add it in a earlier batch, so I added it to this 5gallon batch. Note; these sachets are added after fermentation.
The wine turned out so much better; more taste and colour. I contacted Youngs but they informed me they do not sell these sachets separate.
So my query is, what alternative could I add to enhance the flavour and colour after fermentation.
