ive just tested 3 wines i have on the go
ribena
og 1106
fg 1010

raspberry
og 1100
fg 1102

blackcurrant and nettle
og 1110
fg 1002

theres been really no activity maybe a bubble 5 mins apart is that as low as they likely to go ?
i tested 3 days ago and then today and no difference in hydrometer reading .
have the yeastie converted as much sugars as they can ?

It does sound like your yeasties have turned up their toes, but they've not done badly. On the other hand, the wines won't be anywhere near clear yet, so why worry? Just wait and see.

thanks , would you recommend leaving another week then before transfering to second demijohn.
i just tasted them and all are a bit dry (well what id call dry) but me plan was to let them ferment all the way out then backsweeten

I'd be inclined to give them another week or so.

How is the temperature? Perhaps move them somewhere slightly warmer if they aren't on a heat tray, in a water bath or wearing a brew belt, they may drop a few more points.

I assume the raspberry is on 1.002 and hasn't gained a couple of points on the OG ;)

it was a typo on the raspberry og 1.100 fg 1002 and mytemps between 20c-25c
ill leave them alone another week im in no rush
cheers

no harm in racking anyway to get the wine off the lees. there should still be enough yeast to carry on fermenting.
generally if you can see bubbles rising in the liquid then it's still fermenting, and the bubbles in the airlock could be half an hour apart, but the sg taken seems low enough for it to be getting close.
