My Saflager W-34/70... has it really started after only 15 minutes?

If so, I'm thinking to start dropping the temperature before the 24 hours that I would normally wait is up. Is that a good idea?

No, I didn't make a starter. I just pitched it in. It's at 21C but after 30 minutes I gave it a good stir, and the signs of life have gone. Maybe I shouldn't have stirred? Anyway I'll see what it's up to (if anything) in the morning.
