I use a weber kettle for smoking meats at weekends. I brought a mastertouch second hand for £80 off gumtree. with the addition to the below attachment its easy. I also use temp probes to monitor via bluetooth. For easy weekday grilling I use a weber genesis on gas.

Started brewing last September in the deep end with all grain. This year I've brewed 300l of good beer. 50l of beer I've thrown away due to a apple like off flavour. Old speckled pitched yesterday. Look forward to be part of a great community. Astie
