    I have been growing my own hops for a few years and posting pictures in this thread. I have always harboured the fantasy that they would somehow be used commercially. Well its happened! It might not be beer (it’s actually kombucha) but its on sale and tastes great. So proud 🤣🤣🤣

    I have a Panasonic. I use it to make pizza dough and also to knead dough before I cook it in a Dutch oven. Makes brilliant bread cheaply and you know what’s in it. No sugar or **** as in shop bought bread.

    New Mango Pale Ale from Mangrove Jacks

    I did exactly that last year and it was a very nice beer. LME is a perfectly legitimate base for a beer and Mangrove Jacks LME is cheap and good.
