    I have just kegged my Belgium Tripel and the hydrometer, after temperature adjustment, gave a reading of 1.001, from 1.080. I checked the hydrometer in 20 degrees water to check it was not 'out' and it read OK. I pitched 2 packets of MJ M31 commencing at 18 degrees and slowly ramping up over 17...

    Disconnects for Keezer

    Hello all, I'm planning my keezer build and have a question about beer out corny disconnects. Should I run a 3/16 line from the keg to the tap, or a 3/8 line from the keg to a reducer and then 3/16 to the tap?

    What are you drinking tonight 2020.

    My first NEIPA. I was worried about oxidation with the two dry hop additions in the Fermzilla, but it's fine and tastes really good. It's been two weeks in the keg.

    Biker Thread

    57, north Wales. Biking for 41 years, since my Mum's Mobylette at 16! Long line of bikes: track bikes, sports bikes (mainly Italian) and enduros. Currently my Ducati Diavel is squeezed in amongst my home brew equipment... Safe riding all acheers.

    What did you brew today?

    A lager-style ale, dry voss kveik, with hallertau hersbrucker and hallertau tradition hops. Fermentation at 30C under 10 psi in the Fermzilla.
