I did this kit and did 85g for a 23l brew and it was fine.

Is it best to let it ferment out completely then prime in to bottles? If so are you better to prime with sugar or carbonation tablets? (Never done a sparking wine)

Hi guys, thinking if trying this but need to ask a daft question first. Looking at what you have listed it's 13l but you devided by 5 for one dj (4.5l x5 =22.5l) so does that mean you topped up with 9.5l of water?

How much did you prime it with? Assuming you batch primed?

I have has this brewing for four days, just topped it up to 4.5l.went to work and now the airlock has got wine in it and the wall has been sprayed. Told the Mrs to lick the wall to taste it... Don't think she was impressed. Do you think it will calm down soon?

They were just reduced I think. Not everything was on sale. Don't know why as the dates still have 18 months on them.
