I bottled my first batch of this last week and of course had a bit left over to sample. I've never had a flat beer taste so good so it's very promising. My favourite commercial beer at the minute is devil's backbone ipa in spoons. This has the same hops and seems darned close even at bottling...

Not sure where to put this post, but today I bottled my first wow, done to the original recipe on here. Just wanted to say I think it's fantastic and anyone considering it should give it a try! I tasted a bit last week and it was very dry, so back sweetened to medium and is just right ;)

Currently drinking my last bottle of this. It's a sad day!

It will be fine. The yeast will find the sugar. :)

As per title, the wilko site says "25 percent off homebrew" on most homebrew items..... Strangely the prices appear to have not changed at all, so not quite sure what's going on there!
