hi people just done a lager home brew and it taste like wine done everything the instrutions has said ive used the carbonation drops and bottled it 2 weeks ago today can any one advise many thanks

sorry meant hydrometer does it matter if you do it after you put the yeast in

when do people take there first barometer reading before or after you put your yeast in

hi everyone I have just started a home brew and on the instructions it says to use carbonation drops when bottleing up but I am doing coopers dark ale could someone please help as I am new to brewing and this is my first time many thanks.
