Thanks for the replies,thinking about it i'll buy both kits and short brew one with spraymalt and do the other one with a bke and see what difference there is in alc levels body and taste

good point is there any way of boosting the alc levels in these kits without throwing a load more sugar in

Thanks for the replies i think im gonna bottle some this weekend and leave some for bottling for next weekend and see the difference for myself and it looks like im gonna have to condition bottles in the airing cupboard where its a couple of degrees warmer,the wife aint gonna be happy
