    American IPA idea

    How did this batch turn out? Seems like 3 oz. would have been a bit on the lighter side on an American style IPA. This recipe is similar to what Founders brewing in Michigan uses for their Centennial IPA. OP, what were your thoughts? Did it need more hops?
