26 is way too high eh?

I've got 40 pints brewing of St Peter's Ruby red - but the temperature has gone sky high at 26 degrees at day 1! How can I cool it down or will it be ok at this temperature? The fermentation is going crazy...

What keg would I need to use?

I brewed this one, overdid it slightly but it tastes fantastic, even if it did take a very, very long time to clear...

I was under the impression if I take a regular vat, full of beer, then add the siphon to the bottom of the keg, then pump, the action will work the same as a siphon? I understand there is a good chance Im wrong...
