    How to make Turbo Cider.

I don't think you need to de-gas as the object of priming is to create more co2 to carbonate it, there shouldn't be any other gasses :)

    Inkbird and Home Automation

OK, I see, that's why I posted a specific link for ones that do work and can be flashed - there are so many out there from different manufacturers with different s/w in them it can be very difficult to determine what you can use :(

    Why couldn't you flash them?

True but that is over the cloud so not directly and certainly not local, whereas my solution is both :)

On Amazon I get the Avatar smart plugs (you can get 4 for about £35 - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07PHB9G2Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), which I then Tasmotize so that I can use them with MQTT via Homeassistant.

    Tea Bag Wine

Just started a similar wine tho' mine uses Manuka Honey and Camomile tea bags (Morrisons) and 1.3L of Apple and Elderflower juice, 800g Sugar, 1/4tsp Tannin, 1tsp nutrient, 1tsp turbo yeast, and 1tsp Citric acid. Hopefully, I'll get a nice dry white :)
