St Peters Ruby Red Ale review
Just finished the fermentation of this kit as my first foray into Homebrewing. Spent 10 days in the FV with an OG of 1.040 and a FG of 1.012 for an ABV of around 3.7 Found the instructions a but on the light side (and the hopeful side, 3 days for first stage fermentation: yeah ok!). Ended up...
