    Keg That Giveaway!

Good morning! Hazy IPA looks fantastic 😎 I think, if there's another of these giveaways, you should consider adding a poll also. I'd be interested in which is the most and lease popular.

Finding Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen in the UK

I'm not sure. Just going by the basket. For some reason, the forum is shrinking the 782x1402 screenshot down to 224x400.

Finding Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen in the UK

J D Wetherspoon used to stock Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen around 2-3 years ago but since they stopped, I haven't been able to find it anywhere in the UK. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get some?

Finding Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen in the UK

Wetherspoon stopped selling Tucher Helles Hefe Weizen a few months ago due to the on-going EU issues. Does anyone know where else I can buy this gorgeous beer in the UK? This is the link to the beer on Untappd.

Is this "Beerkit Enchancer" a suitable replacement for Malt?

Oh, so we have to lower the amount of sugar we put into the brew if the Enhancer already has 50% sugar in it? Oops...

Is this "Beerkit Enchancer" a suitable replacement for Malt?

I have a Coopers Wheat Beer beerkit (£10.75). The instructions on the back mentions recommending mixing in 500g Coopers Light Dry Malt (£6.50 for 500g) (or equivalent premium branded malt extracts). The stall had no Coopers Light Dry Malt left. They said Muntons Beerkit Enchancer...

First homebrew lager is rather flat

I want to add that there is a large head when poured that stays in the glass all the way down, so surely this means there is already a lot of CO2 present?

Oh, so it's now too late? Next time :)

First homebrew lager is rather flat

It's in a plastic keg, yeah. How would putting it in a bottle make it fizz?

First homebrew lager is rather flat

Out first homebrew lager is rather flat. It looks and tastes fine, though! Can we make it a little 'fizzy' like lager is when you buy it from a shop etc. (e.g. Carling, Fosters, Stella Artois etc.)? If it's something that needed to be done during the brewing process - what should have been done?

Why do a secondary fermentation for lager?

We are doing one of those kits-in-a-can and we've waited those 10 days - so we're now ready to transfer it into a keg. The instructions with the kit don't mention anything about secondary fermentation but we've heard we should perhaps do it (150g sugar for 40 pints/5 gallons). Should this be...
