Evening all. Recently purchased a hand pull pump with engine but no wooden plinth. Is there anywhere I can buy one or will I have to make one? Its a Hi-Gene pump (now Angram?) any info is greatly appreciated even if its the dimensions. Thanks.

what would you use for a fiery ginger beer? cayenne as secind2none stated? mixed spice? would you use actual spices and peppers or the schwartz dried spices?

This brew started December 2010!

There was pressure in the keg, tasted flat, and not much taste, i think a lil squirt of extra co2 and some lime cordial should do the job. just hope after a few oints i dont end up with the squits. also it was a geordie lage not a coopers if that makes any difference, a cheap wilkinsons jobby.

I brewed a coopers lager a while back, as in December 2010. It's in a kingkeg which has sat out my back garden all this time, do you think it is safe to drink after sun to snow has hit it? Cheers.

Last week i started making turbo cider. it is mow 10 days in, fermenting stopped after 5, but left it to make sure. What is next? siphon into a demijohn, add camden tablet then put in the shed till its clear? Im hoping to get a capper this weekend, does it need priming when bottling? thank you.
