    Brewing in hot climates

I'm brewing from kit in a hot climate (December-February time temperature is generally 30-35c). I know that this is not an ideal temperature for home brewing, so I'm looking for easy methods to keep the fermenter cool. I've read about storing the fermenter in a bigger vessel filled with...

Adding orange and coriander to wheat beer kit

That reads like a cracking recipe, I'll definitely try that.

Adding orange and coriander to wheat beer kit

Thanks for the responses. I did raise an eyebrow when the shop owner mentioned Erdinger with those ingredients, let's assume they were thinking of Hoegaarden.

Adding orange and coriander to wheat beer kit

I bought a Coppers Wheat Beer kit recently. The proprietor suggested adding orange peel and coriander seeds to the fermenter, and the end result would be something close to Erdinger. What's the best way to do this? It will be in addition to 500g medium spray malt plus 300g demerera sugar...

Spud, mine isn't on that list, but that's an MoD list and mine (well, my partner's) is FCO/DFID. I wish my job is as interesting as you suggest!

    Who posts to BFPO?

Thanks for the replies. I have emailed Hop & Grape to see if they can post to BFPO. Spud, I live in Tanzania. I'm not aware of any places around here that stock what i need, and if there was, it's probably not worth the effort dealing with traffic to get there! The postcode won't work...

    Who posts to BFPO?

I'm a total beginner to home brew. I live overseas where it's very difficult to find the necessary items to brew, really the only way I can get the items is to order them through BFPO (British Forces Post Office). I just added lots of items to my shopping basket in an online store, before...
