Hi Ive had a go at making rhurbar wine, it stopped bubbling so im guessing that the fermentation has stopped. I has gone really clear so i thought it would be ready to bottle and mature. Though when i tasted it it just tasted of pure alchol. Should i just throw it or is there anything i can...
