I was found under a mash tun and started brewing a an early age. Mother worked down pit whilst father taught me all he knew about brewing. I did the grand tour of all the greatest breweries in europe and upon my return was inducted in the Grand Order of Moderators by the Imperial Poobah himself Chippy Tea
