ok. so i have one sample reading above the black line which is reading 10 possible 1.008 and another sample under the black line with the reading 1.012. so is ready to bottled? i need to add sugar in the bottles? thank you

also i did like was explaining in the paper first the content of the can after 1kg of sugar after the boiling water 4 pints after stir everything after the rest of the cold water 36 pints after stir and put the yeast stir everything again and close for fermentation
