All
I'm making a mango beer and have just racked my beer onto the mango pulp in my secondary
Silly question but do I let it sit on top or do I mix it together? :hmm:
Thanks
All
I've just added my mango to my secondary DJ, then added my beer on top
Silly question but do I mix the fruit and beer together or just let it sit on top?
Any recommendations appreciated!
Sorry, I've made 23lts
The box is deceiving, it does look like a pale ale. I bought it thinking 'should be interesting, a pale ale with a slight strawberry flavour' but it defo looks like a fruit beer
I'll keep people updated
I've just got this going tonight
I was expecting a pale ale with a hint of strawberry but the 27lt I've made is a very deep red colour and very strong strawberry flavouring
Time will tell!
Anyone else tried this yet?
Ive just let approx 50ml outta the tap and it's well carbonated!
It still needs another week at room temp then I'll move it to cooler climates I think
Thanks for your feedback!
Ps, the PB is from Lakeland
Hi all
I've pressure barrelled an 'On the rocks berry n lime cider'
I've followed the recipe and added sugar to the barrel but it's very flat
Any idea how much or many CO2 bulbs I should inject?
There's approx 23lts in the barrel
Any advise would be appreciated
:wha:
Thanks for the info
From reading up, I never came across a recipes that included NBs so assumed I wouldn't use them
Am I right to assume roughly 500g per gallon?
I'd like to be able to taste the mango but for it not to take over the beer
Hi All
I want to add some mango to my next brew at secondary fermentation
I have the following Hops, which would be best to use to compliment the Mango?
Northern Brewer
Cascade
Amarillo
Thanks
