Where to get a corny keg setup

I went for an S30 Co2 system, and am disappointed. The only method of gassing a keg is to attach the adapter, burb some gas in, remove the adapter, attach the gauge with a relief valve, then release pressure to what you want. No one makes an adapter from an S30 to pressure regulator. I'm now...

Starting all grain brewing after 45 years rest. Aiming for a Hophead style ale.

I used cascade and Chinook, but I think hoppy taste is probably more to do with dry hopping.

I'm enjoying the first brew, I've learned a lot. The brew took at least two weeks to settle, possibly due to me stiring the grain when sparging. I under did the priming sugar for bottling, so ended up with a lack of sparkle, I then opened a dozen into a Corny keg and pepped it up with some CO2...

    S30 CO2 Regulator

I've just started with Corny kegs and invested in an S30 Co2 bottle and adapter to a keg push fit, all OK so far, but I have to burp the bottle to raise the pressure in the keg, then remove and fit the gauge, then bleed off, which is a pain. So, I've looked for a pressure regulator and gauge...

    Bench Capper

I use the same bottles, I think im getting a good seal with a hand capper, twin lever style. But, the beer is not properly carbonated, I think it's a priming sugar problem, but they could be leaking. Better knock up a test rig!

Thanks Derek, that's the detailed advice I needed. The kit should arrive tomorrow, all very exciting.

I think that's me not understanding the difference between liquor volume and batch size. The BrewFather app makes it pretty clear, I should have started with it! Things have move on since 1972!

Many thanks for the advice on BrewFather, I'm liking it! That was the missing piece.
