Welcome, I also joined to improve my skills and knowledge, the Mrs is drinking the wine too quickly, so I think I'll have to move onto ale that she won't drink.
Hello fellow newbie, this hobby has taken over the spare room, with 5 litres WOW not lasting very long before they get drank, I have stepped up to 19 litre water cooler bottles, roll on Christmas
Having an apple tree in my garden and watching them go to waste for the past two years, I mentioned to a friend in work that I fancied making cider, so he put me onto this forum and the WOW recipe, having made a few I thought I would join up and share my experiments. :cheers:
