Mines in bottles and a keg on it,s conditioning run . I found the kit a really slow ferment on the primary ,took about 3 weeks to get down to 1008 , the samples taste great but I did not hit the target FG .... Mine was about 4.6 , Anyway time will tell I will let it cold crash and do it,s thing...

I am going about it in an **** about face fashion , just got a Grainfather Conical Fermenter at a good price of E bay , I started homebrew with a Wherry kit , so I will have a go with my last kit in the conical to see if a constant temp and controlled environment to see if there is a difference...

Cheers Dutto for your reply , It,s the name and model number I am after so I know the kegs will fit or I might get a small chest freezer and convert it to a fridge....would prefer a fridge though .

Trying to find a fridge to go under the bar that can accomodate at least two cornys , Summer is on it,s way got to be prepaired ....It,s a survival situation I have told the wife....Or any other ways to keep the liquids of the Gods cold .....

Cheers Gang , I have just got a Young’s APA , I want to lower the ABV to about the 4.5 to 5 Mark. So I can have a bit of a session with it , what’s the best way .......lower the sugar and by how much ..... or just keep it the same , and no doubt get a bollocking of the misses for shouting out...

Just sat in my Pig .....pub in garden doing The weekly rounds of tasting the bottled beers to see how they are coming along , well the Razor Back as blown me away , so I will get a another one on the go , I did not brew short and it’s giving me a kick , full of flavour and a really nice rounded...

Bought the wife a cider kit the other week and myself a Coopers APA which I have jazzed up with some Dry hops to get it to go like a Brew house 13 . I have just shown the wife how to take and read a gravity sample to see if the primary fermentation as stopped , her kit was a cider works premier...

Don,t fill the glass up as much , I made mine with spring water and let some of the hop bits syphon through , so it,s part of my five a day and if you drink enough it makes you pee clear ....winner alround in my books ....lol

Mine as just gone over the two week stage ,dry hopped five days ago , not any bubbling going on now will take another reading tomorrow, if it is holding Iwill rack it off and let sit for a few more days . Then bottle and keg.but like I said earlier it taste great already .
