As if now I've only done kits but I'm about to make my first recipi. I was going to do a small one maybe 1 gallon. How on earth do I calculate how much yeast I need to add? I'm also confused how much LME AND DEXTROSE to add

Ye deffinatly have got the bug. Just put an IPA in the fermenter and allready looking at brew kettle ect 🤣
