    It's a apple cider kit from wilko I've just done a hydrometer reading and it's coming up as 1.15 so I'm guesing it still needs acouple of days.

    Hi everyone I started fermantain of my cider on saturday 30 May and it says 4 - 6 days but its still bubbling slowly now should I leave it till it stops bubblinng or should I do a hydrometer test.

    Hi everyone I'm new to brewing and my cider has been fernating for acouple of days. It says it should take 4-6 days for it to be at fermentation or I can use a hydrometer to check the gravity just wondering what is they best way to do without damaging the process.
