Aldi recently had some german wheat beers called Altenmunster as a special promotion which where about ã1.70 for a 500ml swing top bottle.
I got a couple of dozen of those for re-using and I love wheat beer so the drink was very welcome.

I am slightly confused now by the safety of using pasteurised juice in the fermentation process.
I have been looking at most of the 100% juices and it seems that where preservatives are not used, it's because they have been pasteurised. This seems to be the case also for the Tesco Everyday...
How do you know if the juice has preservatives?
I was looking to use some pure pressed apple and raspberry juice from tesco. It says it's pasteurised, but I can't see anything else?
1ltr also contains 100g of sugar, so should I reduce the sugar I add by this amount?

I primed with half a teaspoon of brewing sugar.
To be honest, I have opened 3 over the last few weeks and each one has been a bit more fizzy than the last.
I will leave them a couple more weeks and see how they are.
I have brewed a few wheat beers from kits and I want to try a basic cider using brewbuddy cider.
I am hoping to split it up at some point either after pitching the yeast or during fermentation so I can have half of it with a raspberry flavour.
What are my options for making it flavoured...
I presume some beers can vary?
The Black Roc Whispering Wheat said it was suited to warmer climates and recommended fermentation between 20c and 28c.
I thought that seemed a bit high.
