    Thanks both Iain, I see from your previous recipe that you appear to have grated the ginger, I will try this alongside some dried ginger and cayenne. How did you remove the grated ginger once you let it sit? Thanks

    Thanks for the reply I cannot see the bottom of the FV Removed sediment of my *beer* from primary to secondary FV, added turboklar but still looks like a thin watery gravy.. Added the turboklar approx 20 hours ago, it is in a cold garage at 6c Thanks again Edit: added photo
