yeah that's what I am going for, I am experimenting with flavours and recipes but I don't want to make things to difficult , I want to try this because its the simplest easiest way to make a flavoured wine and I can try lots of different flavours without waiting for weeks for fruit to ferment...

I have done couple of mead wines and one fruit juice wine with instructions all gone well..
I have recently put on a 25l sugar wash with alcotec 48 currently waiting for this bad boy to reach around 15%
but my question is I've seen some videos of this and most want to distil...
