    My Apple Cider finished in the first week of June, I've gotten most of the way through the keg by now, I've been pouring it into bottles to keep it cool in the fridge, so it's nice and refreshing.     So my first cider has finished all stages, left it to age, and now its done! Did the taste test and although my wife is happy with it, I think its missing something.
