just tried it and it is very very nice you get the taste of apples and the mulledness. ive also got three bottles of it fizzy which ive not tried yet if its anything like the hot mulled version ill be very happy will defiantly make this again :D

from when i made alco coke 4.5L Water 800g White Sugar 3g Youngs High alcohol Wine Yeast 5g Yeast nutient it took nearly 4 weeks to clear that was with using clearing agents.... IMHO keep it in a warm place and wait. sorry i couldnt be more helpful :hat:

use only a tsp of sugar per 500 mil bottle or you will have very very fizzy cider what id the 2 ltr cranberry for?????? if you want to make it taste like apple then add 2 more ltrs of AJ?? 500G of extra sugar will make it vv strong, dont forget ltrs of AJ will hold alot of sugar in it...

I normally leave mine in the FV for min two weeks to allow the fermentation to finish totally and for the yeastes to start cleaning up after itself, there should be more in depth instructions with the kit then the brief ones on the box???? you need to get three consistent hydrometer reading...
