    Regulator protector - where to buy?

    Time from mash to boil

    Are there any issues with finishing the mash and then sparging and then leaving the wort in the kettle for about 1-2 hrs before doing the boil? I have kids so sometimes can't do 4 hrs of brewing stuff and need to leave and come back. Thanks Andy
