Just bought my first kit as above. Along with it I've bought 1kg of Youngs brew enhancer. My garage at the moment is still sitting at 15c. I reckon this is still to warm? Any help before I start would be much appreciated. Many thanks

Mine is 2 1/2 weeks old. Racked after 1 week as fermentation had all but stopped. Top 2" of DJ crystal clear then a definitive line where it becomes only slightly cloudy. I'll see how it goes but not in any rush. Edit: this is my first ever brew.
