    Hi, I use a hop spider for the same effect, so if place an elbow inside my bulkhead fitting I should reduce my dead space, How much fallout from the cold break is acceptable, and how long before I should run into my fermenting vessel

    Just got a STC to arrive and pipe the pumps in and I will be completed Still contemplating adding gas struts to the lid as it is quite heavy, I think it will help a little Any thoughts?

    Hi, I am in the final throws of my kegerator and am very pleased with it so far, its a chest freezer in a frame, it is a little heavy when I open the lid Has anyone used a gas damper like they have in a car boot for helping with lifting and retaining the lid in position? Dave
