    Ginger Beer Recipe Needed

    Is this normal?

    Put a gallon of elderflower wine on last week let it steep for 4 days and then filtered added the yeast, nutrient, tartaric acid and pectolase. It was bubbling slowly (resembled a just simmering pot) but after a couple of days still smells like its fermenting but not bubbling much more fizzing...
