    Bottles vs. Barrelled beer

    Having done a few brews now, I can't help but thinking my barrel stored beers taste so much better than bottle conditioned beers. I'm assuming it's because the beer is stored in bulk? What are your experiences?

    Sorry if this is a daft question, but do I have to store wine in bottles? I'm thinking about having a bash at a 30 bottle wine kit and was wondering if I could condition and store it all in one of my spare beer pressure vessels rather than bottles?.....
