First thread! Had a bit of a nightmare with my first Beaverdale Barolo, racked into a polypin on Tuesday evening and came home Wednesday to find red wine leaking in the shed. Quickly dispensed into another bag, just hoping it doesn't oxidise. Thought i should probably drink it smartish...
