    serving from corny

I currently hav to cornies of cider in my kegerator for a bbq at the weekend, they are both gassed up to 40psi. If I dropped the pressure to 10psi to serve will it make it easier and if I keep it at that pressure all day will my cider lose its fiz?? Thanks in advance.
