    What temperature did you ferment at out of interest? Very little information available on the forums about what temperature is Best to get the tropical esters from this yeast. Don’t know if anyone knows how Cloudwater or Verdant use this yeast?

    How was the beer? I have just used it for a NEIPA and will keg this weekend. I took a sample from my brew bucket before the second dry hop and it actually tasted a bit “funky!” Not quite what I was expecting! The beer is still a little green though so I’ll see how it pans out!
