Hi all I have a lager home brew kit that's been in primary fermenter for 2 weeks and is done. I am going to transfer it over to a secondary fermenter tomorrow but unfortunately I won't be able to bottle it for 3 weeks as I am going on holiday. Will this ruin the kit? Many thanks Chris

Just a follow up to this question, I never checked the original gravity reading but checked the last one and it was in the range the instructions said to bottle so I just have. Question is it never did get the white covering on the top like all my others so is there a chance it never actually...

I have managed to lose the instructions for this kit.. How much sugar per 500ml bottle do you put in when you bottle?

Hi all I started a cider kit on Saturday night and almost immediately it's bubbling away. The thing is after 2 days it's still not got a foamy head it's clear but yet still bubbling. Is it normal for it to bubble but not have a foamy head?

Hi all I have bought some coopers carbonation drops and on the back of the packet it says use 1 for 350ml bottles or 2 drops for 750ml bottles. I am using 500ml bottles what would you advise I use, 1 or 2 drops? Thanks all

That's what confuses me it says in instructions do not bottle before 1.006 as bottles might burst
