    Separation/pulp in pineapple cider

    Yeah there's already pectolase in there. The layer is shrinking, but probably just because it's compacting. The concern was more that if half the flavour of pineapple juice comes from the pulp it might end up a bit rubbish. But it's probably almost done now, so I'll just wait and see.
