Ok, so, added the hops today and took a reading.... 1.003... so its got a negative alcohol rating. Pretty sure this is well and truly buggered, but any thoughts? Should I push ahead with bottling in a few days with a bit of sugar in each bottle and see what it tastes like in a week?
