Hi All... Thinking of using Muntons Spraymalt Light this time and not cabonation drops.. not used it before .. what's the best way to add it into the brew before racking it. It'll be going into my Muntons Hand-Crafted Oaked Ale.

Hi Does anybody know if this beer kit is one that is slow to ferment. Just dipped it @ 1030 after 6 days, dropped from 1061 (OG) still getting slow action from the airlock.. I guess leave it and take a few more gravity readings then.

Hi all.. Im getting different results with my home brew,firstly most of them taste a little like vinegar/sediment (I do filter into another bucket before bottling) I've just bought my next kit as was wondering if a beerkit enhancer would help with the final taste. TBH not having much luck...
