    Cellar 7 Pinot Grigio

    Just made a cellar 7 30 bottle pinot grigio. S.G 1060 F.G .994. by my calculations this only works out to approx. 8.7% alcohol. This seems disappointingly low to me.Does anybody have any clues as to what went wrong.
