I recently decided to give this a go after watching some videos ,order a scoby from amazon which uses a third party company called love kombucha still waiting on the scoby it only cost £7 so thought what the heck ,I'll let you know if it's any good

We use those buffalo inductions at work cheap and cheerful plus really nice and fast thank for the advise I do believe I'll be going for classic pot over electric just a better feel all round

Good idea with the loaf lol need to come to terms with everything understand the flavours of the malts before I even attempt recipe design but will post once I'm there
