    Yeah, ditto to all who have suggested something akin to hop standing the Amarillo. It would be a crying shame to waste expensive hops like that by boiling for 60 mins. I hop stand at 80 to 75 degrees normally and wait for the temperature to get there to keep isomerisation as low as possible.
