    This is my brew space… it’s actually my kitchen, I live in a small apartment near Lisbon, so it’ll have to do. I was nevertheless foolish enough to build a HERMS… great fun, but loads of work whenever I use it.

    Hi guys, I'm Daniel, from sunny Lisbon. I've discovered homebrewing a couple years ago... until then I really didn't know much about how beer is made, and I was hooked from the start. Jumped right into all grain (why not? nothing to lose here, really) and never looked back... I love the hobby...
