Hey guys. At day 11 of a 14 day wine kit. Never brewed anything before. Live in Ireland and it's quite cold now. Using plastic bucket fermenter and at 14ð and read lower temps take longer. Curious as to how long. What should my hydrometer say before fining etc... basically I need a tutor ðŸËÅ
