    Here's mine. In the past: Yamaha SR125 Honda 250 Superdream Kawasaki Z550 Yamaha XS650 chop Current: BMW R850R Honda C90 x 2 (one is shared with friends for racing) The poor BMW hardly gets used as the Cubs can cope with anything. I've forgotten what it's like to go over 55! Ian

    Mango ipa

    I recently made a Mango IPA adding pulped mango with the dry hops, it came out great. It did start fermenting again for a couple of days from the mango. When it stopped it went into bottles.

    I recently split a batch of Citra Smash, half S04 and half US05. The S04 tasted great fresh but after a couple of weeks conditioning, my R&D tasting team (about 10 friends) voted 100% in favour of US05 in blind taste tests. The S04 tasted surprisingly good after just 3 days conditioning.

    Newbie first brew questions

    Re the bottling, check that the fatter bit on your bottle neck goes down about an inch from the top, most bottles do. Some however have the ridge which the capper grips to much higher up near the top (eg, google guiness porter bottle). These are much more difficult to cap. It may be the problem...

    Made a NEIPA today. All went well. In the fermenter at 1.064.
